Nothing makes Render Exterior Wall Coatings’ material better than any of the other proven manufactured wallcoatings. They are all basically identical. Some companies like ourselves are now big enough to manufacture their own while other smaller companies have to purchase their material from companies like ourselves or one of about 10 quality manufacturers. Im sure you will read lots of propaganda on why certain ones are better than others but the reality is if you gave a chemist samples of each he would more than likely come to the conclusion that they are all the same.
Nearly! We have recently opened a new depot on the South coast so that enables us to cover all of the South. So basically we are prominent from as far as Plymouth all the way up to Carlisle.
We have never employed subcontractors. We know that many companies do but this is a recipe for disaster. Textured wallcoating comes with a rigid application spec regardless of who has manufactured the material. If you’re paying a subcontractor so much per job then 9 times out of 10 he will skip certain stages of the application to get the job done quicker. He has no concern that it is the company that is left with the guarantee.
No we are not a high pressure sales organization. Of course we would love every homeowner to place an order with us but the only way to even come close to that goal is to just try your best at being the best choice available. This can be achieved by having the ability to provide what you the consumer will feel to be the best value for money.
No company is allowed to issue a warranty for the full life expectancy of a product. The guidelines for textured wallcoating is 15yrs as the life span is expected to be 30.
Yes there is. It is not viable for us and most other textured coating companies for that matter, to take on any contract that is less than 300 sq feet in wall area.
Four to six weeks guaranteed. If you have ordered a special color then 8-10 weeks is more than likely.
Yes you will be expected to pay a deposit. 20% is the norm unless you are paying for it on finance. Home improvement loans do not necessarily need deposits, however your more than likely to get accepted by the finance company if you do.
Absolutely. You will either have the pleasure of a maintenance free home for up to 30yrs (no bills) or you will get top market value on re-sale. (Guarantees are transferable with ownership.)
