Traditional Render and Spray Texture Coating Treatment:
- Power wash, clean down surface areas to be treated, bio-wash and fungi treatment to remove any contaminates from wall surface areas.
- Install plastic angle beads and render bell drip beads where necessary.
- Trowel apply two coat layer traditional render system sand cement including latex bonding agent.
- Mask all windows and doors, gutters, fascias, soffits. Protect patio floor areas where necessary.
- Apply slush micro-porous breathable membrane, brush or roller applied before final texture coating system is applied.
- Apply spray fine/coarse grade protective masonry coating system, including the plinth areas if required in black smooth bitumen, colour to be advised.
- Builders skip required to remove rubble from site.
- Tower scaffold/ladders required to undertake the installation.

New GRC Polymer Reinforced Fibre Glass System
- Power wash, bio clean and fungi treatment, to remove contaminates from the wall surface areas to be treated, for sound substrate to work from.
- Angle bead, render stop and drip bead to corners of window reveals, doors and stop drip bead to plinth areas above DPC. If required plastic maintenance free beads are used in this instance, compatible with the GRC render.
- Trowel apply 2 coats 15-20mm of backing Polymer Reinforced Fibre Glass, with Italian Marble render system to specification, guaranteed for a period of 25 years. Apply a reinforced nylon mesh where necessary to damaged brick work and un protected mortar joints.
- Mask all windows and doors to protect areas when work is in progress.
- Slush coat/primer coat micro-porous membrane, which enable the wall to breath.
- Trowel apply polymer fine/coarse texture resin coating system to wall surface areas required, all elevations. Colour to be advised.
- Supply builder 8 yard skip to remove the rubble from site.
- Scaffolding/ladders required to undertake work in progress.
- This work carries a BBA Certificate and is Guaranteed for 25 years.
- GRC provide 20-35% insulation protection to the building, keeping the heat in and the weather out. Government approved for energy efficiency.

K-Rend Coatings
- Install plastic angle beads corners and trims, also drip beads where required.
- Trowel apply 2 coats HP12 Polymer basecoats, incorporating an alkali resistant fibre mesh render system approximately 12-15 mm.
- Apply colour render cement based containing aggregates that provides a durable, weather resistant travertine surface. The texture is achieved by drawing a wooden float across the face of the render in sharp vertical or horizontal strokes prior to the material stiffening on the wall, giving a scored effect.
- Builder skip required to remove rubble from site.
- Fixed scaffold/ladders required to undertake the installation.
